INDIAN BURGER-VADAPAV


INGREDIENTS:- ¤ 3 Potatoes Boiled ¤ 3 or more Green Chilies ¤ 15 to 16 Curry Leaves (Kadipata) ¤ 18 to 20 Garlic Cloves ¤ 1Ginger ¤ 1 t/s White Urad Dal ¤ 1 t/s Mustard Seeds ¤ 1t/s Turmeric ¤ 1t/s Hing ¤ 1cup chopped coriander leaves ¤ 1tbsp Masala ¤ 6to7 Pav’s ¤ 2 cup Oil ¤ 6 tbsp Gram Flour ¤ Water. #PROCEDURE :- Boil &mash the potatoes. Grind together the ingredients 4 the paste and mix with the mashed potatoes. Make&round balls of the potato mixture.Prepare the batter of besan. Take care not to add too much water.Heat the oiluntil its hot enough to brown the batter(test it with little droplets of batter).When the oil is hot,dip the balls of potato in the batter&fry.Place the fried Vada on absorbent kitchen paper to remove excess oil.Slice the Pav in half,spread on it any chutney.Place vada bet'n slices&serve immediately.Some finely chopped onions go well with this. This is called as indian burger.It is famous in MUMBAI &all over India.
